Morrisons Front of Store

Are any suppliers having difficulties with Morrisons Front of Store (SMS) team on provision of forecast volumes and timing of orders for promotion?

A member is very keen to improve promotional execution but is struggling with the lack of information and its receipt (not timely).

If anyone is facing the same issue, or better, has found a way around it – please let me know, or advise if you are willing to share your experiences if you would prefer not to respond in an email.
