Jonathan is a consumer focused management consultant and collaborator with over 20 years experience in Consumer Goods and Retail sectors. Jonathan founded Simply Supply Chain in 2006, combining a holistic understanding of the end-to-end supply chain with a fast track application of industry leading tools and techniques. He has expertise in managing the relationships between sales, marketing and supply chain clients to improve on-shelf availability, at lowest end-to-end cost.

Nick, CEO of Incept, has extensive domain expertise in optimising “End to End” (E2E) supply chains, from raw materials to recycling, working with fortune 500 clients in multi-actor collaborations, developing value network methodology, processes, analytics and strategies, delivering innovative network cost optimisation.
Having contributed to the early development of category management, subsequent work with the IGD on product cost & profit modelling standards, led to becoming lead consultant to the ECR Europe profit impact task force, creating and implementing ground-breaking industry standards for E2E cost collaboration with Ahold, P&G, Tesco, Unilever, Metro, Coca-Cola & Carrefour etc.
Since then, he contributed to the establishment of CO2e standard metrics with DEFRA & ADEME, created models for the Physical Internet, and recently led the AiEVO project, building and testing leading edge applications for Ai driven digital E2E Network Value Optimisation (eNVO).
Using the eNVO tools in the AiEVO project proved suppliers and retailers could identify E2E opportunities to reduce cost and waste by 15-30%, within existing operating parameters as well as tracking CO2e consumption and packaging waste at SKU case level.
Incept and Simply Supply Chain recently created a joint venture to further develop and implement the eNVO modelling tools within collaborative industry groups.
Nick has published research papers with Heriot Watt, Westminster, Georgia tech and Cranfield Universities, authored UK freight & transport CO2e reports for the CILT and Independent Transport Commission, developed GHG methodology with ADEME & DEFRA, been recognised as a Physical Internet Pioneer and is active in many industry groups.

Nick has over 25 years’ experience in the development and implementation of software solutions.
Based in Johannesburg, his company, Business Performance Solutions (BPS) provides consulting and analysis services to a wide range of clients across finance, services, manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications and technology in both public and private sectors.
BPS enables customers to bring together financial and operational data to provide a unique insight into organizational performance. Companies can report and analyse, at a granular level, the true cost and profitability of their products, services, customers and delivery channels. Advanced analytical models enable customers to measure the contribution of activities and business processes to overall performance and understand the cost and profitability drivers in the business. BPS also has extensive experience in both public and private sector organizations in regulated industries and have advised clients throughout the process of regulatory submissions, including the development of tariff models and tariff applications.
Nick has advised the SA Institute of Chartered Accountants on the development of their Strategic Management Accounting Forum and sat on the Executive Committee of the Society of Cost Management. He has been a regular speaker at both South African and international seminars including International Institute of Research, Marcus Evans, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, SA Institute of Chartered Accountants, SAS International Forum and has been published in the Journal of Cost Management.

Gauthier has over 25 years’ experience within supply chain, encompassing both logistics and customer fulfilment functions.
As Director Customer Fulfilment, Gauthier led the drive to Operational Excellence (Order-To-Cash and Procure-To-Pay processes) within SC Johnson, developing the processes and team to support over 100 countries from their shared service centre in Frimley. His significant expertise leading transformational journeys from Lean to Robotics to Analytics in support functions, is added to complement SSC’s own expertise in transforming Customer-facing teams through process, system and organisational re-engineering. He is passionate about people development and was renowned for his approach to coaching and mentoring to retain and develop talent.
Gauthier has joined Simply Supply Chain as a Lead Consultant to help deliver the transformational change, including automation of processes, for SSC’s broad client base
