Liberon asked us to identify whether a proposed £1million investment to extend their existing warehouse was the best option to support further brand growth.

 

Approach

  • Full review of their current site, the capacity and layout of the proposed extension.
    We found the most cost-effective option was to look for an alternative site and partner which could provide the flexible capacity needed for longer-term growth.
  • Ran a full tender process across 10 shortlisted 3PL’s and chose the solution that offered the best combination of a lower cost route to market, combined with increased capacity, improved service through existing channels and the ability to support an emerging on-line market.
