Our workgroup is developing an industry-standard approach that moves beyond retrospective KPI reviews towards proactive, collaborative planning with retailers - for more productive conversations and better outcomes.

A simple, benchmark across six planning areas, developed by supplier participants in conjunction with retailers and industry experts. The aim - to create a standard way of working that meets the needs of both parties and aligns with the delivery of your shared Joint Business Plan.
