GCA Supplier Feedback Survey - last chance to have your say!
There is less than a week to go before the GCA Supplier Feedback Survey closes - a chance for suppliers to bring any breaches or perceived breaches of the Groceries Code to the attention of Mark White, in his first survey as Groceries Code Adjudicator. Don't miss out on this opportunity to give him the insight he needs to help him continue to build on the progress made in the last seven years. ww.yougov.com/gca. As a group we look forward to working closely with Mark to support the positive collaboration between suppliers and retailers.
We also welcomed ASDA to the meeting and thank them for their GFR update and the opportunity for members to work with them to optimise pallet fill, as well as refine their GFR processes. Being able to join forces with the retailers and work proactively towards a common goal has enabled us to make much progress.
As a group we are focusing our efforts across the following key areas including:
- Rolling out an effective Dispute Claims Process across the major retailers
- Developing the case for GRNI recoveries from the major retailers
- Gathering the evidence of supplier losses as a result of ineffective Sales and Forecasting processes and determining a set of standard ways of working with retailers to reduce the cost and waste of failure
